Whether you are looking for a discreet way to straighten your teeth or desire the efficacy of metal braces, our treatments are designed to cater to your unique, individual needs as a patient. Read below for more information on the types of braces we offer.

In-Ovation Braces

In-Ovation braces utilize self-ligating brackets, meaning that they do not require the use of elastics. While traditional braces use ties and elastic bands to help keep wires in place and move the teeth into a better position, In-Ovation braces use free-sliding technology that gently moves the teeth while applying little to no pressure. This effective orthodontic technique is designed to provide a more comfortable, hygienic and aesthetically pleasing approach to correcting crooked and misaligned teeth, as the brackets are much smaller than traditional braces. In-Ovation braces also have a shorter treatment time and don’t require as many follow-up appointments with Dr. Cook while you are in treatment.

  • In-Ovation-C braces use translucent, tooth-colored clips that blend in with your natural tooth color for enhanced cosmetic appeal. With In-Ovation-C braces, you receive the benefits of self-ligating brackets as well as the aesthetics of clear braces!
  • In-Ovation-R braces utilize the same self-ligating system as In-Ovation-C but instead of being tooth-colored, they are metal With In-Ovation-R, you will receive the benefits of shorter treatment time, increased comfort and fewer follow-up exams.

For patients who want their orthodontic treatment to truly go unnoticed, Invisalign is the “clear” choice! The Invisalign System is a series of clear overlay templates called aligners that are generated by computer simulation to gradually move the teeth into a straighter position. There are no brackets to attach or wires to tighten with the Invisalign System. This treatment is available to adult and advanced teen patients with certain orthodontic bite problems. If you believe you are a candidate for Invisalign, or want to learn more, please contact our office to see if Invisalign is right for you.
