We hope everyone enjoyed our website scavenger hunt contest! It was a great opportunity to find out more about us and our office. Everyone who participated was entered into a drawing. TRAVELING T-SHIRT
Summer is approaching us fast! It’s time to relax, have fun, and go on vacation! We are having a contest for patients that wear their Cook Orthodontic t-shirt everywhere they go! If you are going across the country or staying here in Evansville, we want you to wear your t-shirt. There will be 3 different categories: Furthest away, Wild-n-Wacky, and your favorite place in Evansville. Snap a picture wearing your Cook Orthodontic t-shirt and bring in your photo or email it to allisonh@cook-ortho.com. The winner in each category will win a great prize. Have fun on vacation!
Invisalign Promotion
